About this role
The Product Integrity & Testing (PIT) Team is responsible for the independent security assessment of applications, APIs, and agentic AI components prior to production deployment. The team leverages advanced security testing capabilities, including AI-enabled Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), API security testing, and AI red teaming, to identify vulnerabilities, security defects, and potential misuse scenarios before software is released into the production environment.
In addition to security testing, PIT provides oversight and governance of Navy Federal's software supply chain. This responsibility includes helping ensure that the software, services, components, AI models, agents, and supporting development technologies introduced into the enterprise have undergone appropriate security review and testing, reducing risk and strengthening trust in the software that powers Navy Federal's business operations.
