About this role
The Security Process Automation team is part of Navy Federal’s Information Security Division within the Advanced Cyber Initiatives branch. The team designs and delivers secure, scalable workflow solutions that improve how security, fraud, risk, compliance, and global security teams manage operational work. Using Pega and complementary automation, data, and artificial intelligence capabilities, the team transforms manual and fragmented processes into structured, auditable, and measurable workflows.
