KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Orchestrating   operational   excellence:

- Command the daily symphony of operations at   the   practice, ensuring smooth functioning.

- Supervise staff members and delegate tasks as necessary to   optimize   workflow.

- Design and implement strategies that elevate both patient experience and business performance.

- Step in as required   during periods of insufficient coverage   to   maintain   smooth operations   at the Practice.

- Financial   virtuosity:

- Participate in the financial narrative through strategic P&L oversight.

- Motivate teams to reach revenue targets and personal performance goals by providing clear guidance and a compelling vision.

- Create actionable plans to drive growth at the practice level   to   hit or exceed quarterly collections goals.

- Crafting   exceptional   experiences:

- Foster an environment where luxury meets genuine care.

- Transform patient feedback into refined service experiences with professionalism and grace.

- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients to enhance their experience.

- Policy and procedure development:

- Ensure the Practice is   in compliance with   established AMP policies,   procedures,   and SOPs, and   remains   informed of   any changes.

- Inventory management:

- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all products are stocked and available for use.

- Perform End of Month and daily inventory audits to catch and correct any variances in inventory.

- Smart   scheduling:

- Oversee the scheduling of appointments and ensure that all patients are seen   in a timely manner.

- Optimize   appointment scheduling to maximize patient satisfaction and staff efficiency.

- Record keeping:

- Manage and   maintain   patient   records   ensuring that all information is   accurate   and   up-to-date.

- Safeguard client confidentiality and   privacy   in accordance with   HIPAA regulations.

- Innovation & growth:

- Proactively manage key performance indicators (KPIs) in field marketing, PR, Google   reviews   and customer engagement, creating pragmatic solutions to   achieve   target goals.

- Be responsible for   the Practice’s marketing, covering social media, local outreach, and recall programs.

- Collaborate with the Marketing Team on campaigns that capture the essence of our premium services.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the spa and attract new patients.

- Nurturing team brilliance:

- Create an environment where teams flourish and embody our commitment to excellence.

- Facilitate accountability and performance discussions that ignite passion and drive. This includes performance reviews, coaching and development, behavioral accountability, and recognition for exceptional performance.

- Take ownership of   recruitment   and onboarding process   for open positions   in collaboration with HR.

- Create an environment where careers thrive. Manage and train staff members, ensuring that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.

- Address employee concerns with professionalism, self-regulation, and empathy.

- Regulatory compliance:

- Ensure that the   Practice   is compliant   with all state and federal regulations related to healthcare, safety, and sanitation.

- Stay up to date on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.

- Adhere to the clinical compliance processes and procedures   established   by the AMP Clinical team.

- All other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor’s   degree or five years of relevant management experience is preferred.

- Knowledge of P&L and   financial management   principles.

- Proven leadership acumen with   high-level business operations.

- Strong computer skills, including   proficiency   in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.

- Exceptional communication skills that resonate with both team members and distinguished clientele.

- Open availability: Able to work Sunday through Saturday during operating hours, with a minimum of one Saturday and one Sunday per month.

- Background in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or high-end customer service is highly valued.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Must   possess   good organizational skills to balance clerical and clinical duties.

- This position requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending.

- Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations.

- Frequent use of the phone, computer, and other clinic technologies.

- Employees   may   be asked to travel and must be able to carry and maneuver their luggage and navigate through various transportation modes (car, airplane, bus, train).
