We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Agents for Tech Support to work 100% onsite in Mexico City (near Reforma 2-22) .

Responsibilities
What will you do in this role?
As a Bilingual Customer Service/Tech Support Agent, you will:
- Provide personalized, high-quality customer service in English and Spanish for user related issues in our app.
- Actively listen to customers and resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide clear and accurate information while supporting customer needs.
- Focus on delivering a positive customer experience from the first interaction.
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining service quality and attention to detail.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- English proficiency: B2+ - C1 (spoken and written) .
- Completed high school diploma.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet tools.
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
- Customer service or Call Center experience is preferred.
- Availability to work 100% onsite and with flexible/rotating schedules.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Complete employment documentation, including CURP, NSS, RFC/Tax Certificate, and any other required documents.
