About this role
Administrative skills:
The candidate should be well versed with the Sales & Customer Insights (previously, Marketing) apps
Adept on administration & configuration on Dynamics 365 with comprehensive knowledge on OOTB security mechanisms.
Good working knowledge of SQL – Should be able to write basic joins and perform bulk DML operations
Familiarity with XRM Toolbox
Development skills:
Javascript
Power Automate
Plugins (C#)
Business process flows
Fundamentals of Agile with exposure to DevOps tools like Azure DevOps
Good to have but not mandatory:
Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident management
Familiarity with Azure Portal (basic administration) & Azure Synapse (for data pipelines)
Soft skills:
Good written and verbal communication
