About this role
Support sponsor acquisition and relationship management, helping secure sponsors and coordinate sponsor involvement across case briefs, judging, and conference events.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Collaborate with the Co-Vice-Presidents, Partnerships, in contacting and negotiating with sponsorship representatives to acquire case partners for Imprint’s streams
- Take initiative with tasks in the Partnerships portfolio
- Contribute to negotiation of competition prizes with sponsor companies
- Mediate communications between partners and the Competition team and ensure sponsorship deliverables are met
- Attend mandatory scheduled meetings

- Highly organized and conducts oneself in a professional manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives off of making connections and fostering relationships
- Ability to take initiative and display coachability
- Previous experience working in a team is an asset

Time Commitment
- 3 to 7 hours per week with additional time around events
- Must not be on exchange/away for co-op during the 2026/2027 academic year
