About this role
We’re growing fast - and so is our network of partners. Wicked needs a Junior Partnership Associate to fuel that growth. You’ll generate leads, connect with operators, keep campaigns running smoothly, and make sure our partnerships pipeline never dries up.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and qualify new operator leads through research, outreach, and events.
- Keep the CRM sharp - accurate data, updated pipelines, no loose ends.
- Support the Partnerships team in onboarding and maintaining operator relationships.
- Verify campaigns, monitor live games, and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Track campaign performance and report results that the team can act on.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and escalate when needed.

- A quick learner with a sharp interest in partnerships and business growth.
- Clear on goals, steady in delivery
- Collaborative, reliable, and ready to grow with the role.
What You Know
- Fluent in English; Russian or other languages are a bonus.
- Sales background is preferred - no past gaming experience required.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Strong interest in business development, partnerships, and lead generation.
- Able to work independently while keeping the team in the loop.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Based in Serbia.
