Is this your next challenge in Retail Marketing?
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns in Hong Kong and Macau to achieve business and marketing objectives
- Support year-round trade activities, including weekly promotions, seasonal/thematic campaigns, product launches, and store openings or renovations
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of in-store marketing materials, POSM, and promotional mechanics to ensure timely and effective store implementation
- Support content development and implementation across digital, social, and other channels
- Work closely with creative and media agencies to develop effective marketing assets and stay updated on the latest retail and media trends
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and smooth execution
- Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
- Support ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives as required
Do you have experience in Marketing?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, retail, FMCG, or an agency environment
- Strong execution skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel
- Good understanding of retail operation, promotion mechanics, and customer marketing
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
