We are hiring ' Senior TalentSales Recruiters (Bench Sales) Role: Senior Talent Sales Recruiter Location: Guntur (AP), Begumpet (Hyderabad) (Onsite), Experience Required: 2 – 6 Years, Roles and Responsibilities: ·        Engage the complete  Sales recruitment cycle—from sourcing client/vendor requirements to successful consultant placements. ·        Market and position  consultants effectively based on their skills, experience, and project preferences. ·        Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, prime vendors, and partners to generate consistent business opportunities. ·        Utilize major job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and professional networks for sourcing and marketing. ·        Negotiate rates, coordinate interviews, and ensure seamless on boarding processes. ·        Maintain and update the vendor/client database while tracking daily recruitment activities and performance metrics. ·        Possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. ·        Preference will be given to candidates with an existing vendor/client network and a proven placement record. ·        LinkedIn profile link is mandatory in the resume.
