Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified US healthcare professionals.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Recruit candidates for Travel Nursing and Allied Health positions.
- Source RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs , and other clinical professionals.
- Work with MSP/VMS platforms and client requirements.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, availability, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates.
- Ensure candidates meet required compliance and documentation standards.
- Build and maintain a strong healthcare candidate pipeline.
Required Skills
- 2 +years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment .
- Experience with Travel Nursing / Allied Healthcare staffing .
- Knowledge of MSP/VMS processes .
- Good understanding of US healthcare roles and recruitment practices.
- Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work in US/night shifts .
