About this role
Responsibilities
- Drive occupancy and achieve monthly and quarterly sales, census, and move-in goals
- Respond promptly to new inquiries and consistently follow up with prospective residents and families
- Conduct personalized community tours and guide prospects through the decision-making process
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through deposit and move-in
- Maintain accurate lead activity, follow-up, and pipeline information in the CRM
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, healthcare providers, senior professionals, and other referral sources
- Conduct external sales outreach, networking, and community events to generate new leads
- Track sales activity, lead conversion, tours, deposits, move-ins, and occupancy performance
- Conduct competitive market analysis and stay informed about local senior living options and pricing
- Coordinate with the community team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to move-in
- Represent Spring Oak professionally and compassionately with prospective residents, families, and referral partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of senior living, assisted living, or healthcare sales experience required
- Proven ability to increase occupancy and achieve sales goals
- Strong sales, closing, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing leads and follow-up through a CRM or sales management system
- Strong organization, responsiveness, and follow-through
- Comfortable conducting tours, making outbound calls, networking, and developing referral relationships
- Ability to work professionally and compassionately with older adults and their families
