Were looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our Casco team—someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and making each interaction a positive experience.

What Youll Be Doing

This role is all about listening, helping, and guiding our customers so they feel supported every step of the way. On any given day, you might:

- Answer phone calls, emails, or online messages from customers and help with their banking questions

- Walk customers through online banking, mobile services, or account changes so they feel confident and secure

- Troubleshoot problems and find solutions, making sure customers know youve got their back

- Connect people with the products and services that can make their lives easier

- Be an active part of team meetings where ideas, successes, and ways to improve are shared

Qualifications

What Were Looking For

Were seeking a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. The ideal candidate will bring:

- 1–2 years of customer service experience (banking or sales is a bonus, but not required)

- A friendly, professional communication style—especially over the phone

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions

- Great attention to detail and follow-through to keep customers happy

- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems

Your Schedule

This position works 35–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Occasionally, Saturday shifts may be added in the future.
