What Youll Do

- Welcome customers, answer questions, and process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Balance your cash drawer and assist with branch opening, closing, ATM/ITM, vault, and cash-order responsibilities.

- Help customers with online banking, debit card inquiries, account research, wire transfers, and other everyday banking needs.

- Listen for opportunities to connect customers with helpful deposit, loan, and investment services, referring them to the right team member.

- Protect customer information by following Bank policies, regulatory requirements, and fraud-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

What Youll Bring

- Strong people and listening skills, with a friendly, professional approach to customer service.

- The ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and handle details accurately.

- Sound judgment and discretion when working with confidential customer and Bank information.

- Willingness to stand for extended periods, occasionally lift or move light materials, and travel to other Bank locations when coverage is needed.

- Previous customer service, cash-handling, and problem-solving experience is preferred but not required.
