Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Shipping / Outbound Associate to join our team in Fort Worth! The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a strong background in outbound operations, stand-up forklift operation, and EPJ equipment .
Key Responsibilities
- Process and prepare outbound orders for shipment
- Pick, stage, and move products throughout the warehouse
- Operate stand-up forklifts and EPJs safely and efficiently
- Load and stage pallets for outbound shipments
- Verify orders, quantities, and shipping information
- Maintain an organized and safe work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse shipping/outbound experience required
- Experience operating a stand-up forklift
- Experience operating an EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required
