Material Handler

As a Material Handler, you will play a vital part of the supply chain process – overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and order picking of our products, help to implement and sustain processes and systems that ensure targets within the warehouse are met. You will be a crucial collaborator to implementing and controlling the efficient and effective flow of goods between the point of origin and the point of consumption meet both the business’s and customers’ requirements. You will utilize your specific inventory experience to continually improve team performance and effectiveness. This position will report to the Inventory Manager and will work with other members of the warehouse and other departments throughout the organization.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- High School graduate or GED preferred.
- 5 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Must be skilled in using computers including being proficient in Microsoft office, Excel, and Teams. Oracle knowledge a plus.
- Strong and professional interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to communicate in a professional manner across multiple departments and communication media with changing priorities.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and procedures.
- Must be knowledgeable in Warehouse and pack out practices.
- Must be capable of learning to read and understand production blueprints and routers.
- Must be capable of working in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment with PPE.
- Must be capable of operating company fork trucks and capable of achieving and maintaining certification for such equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pass a health screening.
- Must be able to stand/sit/stoop for 8 hours.
