THE POSITION
As a Used Vehicle Reconditioning Technician, you'll play one of the most important roles in our dealership.
Every vehicle that reaches a customer begins with you.
Your inspections, repairs, and attention to detail ensure every vehicle meets the high standards our customers expect from the Kayser name.
This isn't a basic maintenance position.
This is a skilled, high-impact role where your experience and efficiency directly contribute to the success of our dealership.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform comprehensive used vehicle inspections
Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns
Complete high-quality repairs
Identify maintenance and safety needs
Accurately document inspection findings
Help maintain industry-leading reconditioning turnaround times
Work closely with management and teammates to keep inventory flowing
