Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard
What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and strong social skills are your greatest strengths.
As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, security facility centers, etc.
Schedule: Monday 09:00-19:00 & Friday 07:00-17:00
Location: L8P 1H4

Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard
- Manage visitor access, identification, passes, and key control.
- Secure restricted areas and prevent unauthorized entry.
- Conduct regular interior, exterior, and parking lot patrols.
- Monitor CCTV, intrusion alarms, and fire systems.
- Respond to security incidents, alarms, and medical emergencies.
- Assist with evacuations, fire drills, and safety procedures.
- Identify and report hazards and security concerns.
- Complete accurate daily and incident reports.
- Assist with investigations involving theft, damage, or other incidents.
- Enforce site security, health, and safety policies.
Qualifications for Tactical Security Guard
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid security license
- First aid certification required
- Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
