About this role
The Shop Supervisor is responsible for the allocation and general operations of manpower, space, and machinery necessary for the smooth coordination of work through the shop. In addition, the Shop Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of shop employees as well as the administrative functions related to Shop Management including HR, Safety, ITAR etc.
