We are partnering with a successful international organisation seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join their in-house SAP team in Vienna.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a strong SAP SD professional who enjoys being hands-on while having opportunity to grow in a Lead role in the future. You will play a key role in SAP projects, process improvements, and operational support, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility for coordinating and mentoring team members over time.

Tasks
* Lead and support international SAP SD implementation and rollout projects
* Analyse, design, and optimise end-to-end Sales & Distribution processes
* Drive continuous improvements across the SAP SD landscape
* Support business users and local subsidiaries across multiple countries
* Manage and resolve incidents, change requests, and operational issues
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams
* Support integration between SD and other SAP modules, including MM, FI, and Logistics
* Perform complex troubleshooting and debugging activities
* Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions in English
* Act as a trusted advisor to the business and contribute to SAP roadmap discussions
* Take on increasing leadership responsibilities, with the potential to develop into a Team Lead position
Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a related discipline
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP SD consulting experience
* Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
* Experience with SAP implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects
* Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented approach
* Ability to coordinate stakeholders and influence outcomes across teams
* Previous mentoring, coaching, or informal leadership experience would be advantageous
* Fluent English
* Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%)
* Must be eligible to work in Austria
