YOUR ROLE AS KITCHEN MANAGER

As Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for the kitchen operations at your restaurant. You will lead by example in the day-to-day operations, manage your team, and ensure that quality, procedures, and the working environment consistently meet our standards.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and motivate your kitchen team in the daily operations
- Ensure high standards of quality and hygiene by following procedures, including eSmiley, audits, and more
- Prepare staff schedules and arrange cover in case of illness
- Ensure recipes are followed and ingredients are prepared for the day
- Order supplies and ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained
- Train and develop your team to help them perform at their best
- Follow up on cleaning tasks and ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Manage inventory and carry out monthly stock counts

- You have experience working as part of a kitchen team in the restaurant industry
- You have leadership experience – or naturally take responsibility and lead by example
- You have a strong focus on quality and always strive for the highest standards
- You are a team player with strong communication skills
- You thrive in a busy and dynamic environment
