Warehouse Associate – Conroe, TX

Job Summary

Full Circle Recruiting is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates for positions supporting our manufacturing client in Conroe, Texas . This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production environment.

Warehouse Associates will be responsible for receiving, organizing, moving, picking, packing, and preparing materials and products while maintaining inventory accuracy, quality standards, and a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, unload, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and products.

- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare materials or finished products for production or shipment.

- Move materials throughout the warehouse using carts, pallet jacks, or other approved material-handling equipment.

- Verify quantities, part numbers, labels, and documentation for incoming and outgoing materials.

- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.

- Properly organize materials, parts, supplies, and finished products in designated storage locations.

- Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials and products.

- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including labeling, packaging, and staging orders.

- Support production teams by ensuring materials and components are delivered to designated work areas as needed.

- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements .

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work area.

- Accurately complete required warehouse, inventory, shipping, and receiving documentation.

- Work cooperatively with supervisors, leads, production personnel, quality personnel, and other warehouse team members.

- Perform additional warehouse, material-handling, or general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED preferred.

- Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, manufacturing, inventory, or production experience is preferred but not required.

- Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

- Experience using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment is preferred.

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

- Basic math and inventory-counting skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.

- Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

- Ability to lift, carry, push, and move materials as required by the position.
