AWS System Administrator
## Locations: Springfield, VA or St. Louis, MO
Clearance: Active TS/SCI
Administer and secure AWS infrastructure supporting mission-critical applications. You will manage daily cloud operations, troubleshoot performance issues, automate routine work, and help ensure platform availability and resilience.
What You Will Do
- Provision and manage EC2, EBS, VPCs, security groups, IAM roles, and related AWS resources.
- Monitor system health and resolve performance or availability issues.
- Apply access controls, encryption, vulnerability management, and cloud security best practices.
- Automate administrative tasks using Python, Bash, AWS CLI, or CloudFormation.
- Maintain backup, recovery, patching, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams.
What You Bring
- Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.
- Ability to obtain a CI polygraph within six months.
- Four to six years of systems or cloud administration experience.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Current DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification.
- Hands-on AWS administration and troubleshooting experience.
