Locations Served: Fredericksburg, Virginia and surrounding areas

Your Role
- Build meaningful relationships while helping with daily routines, including dressing, meals, and personal hygiene.
- Provide compassionate dementia and memory care support.
- Assist with safe transfers using mobility equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
- Transport clients to local outings and appointments.
- Keep health records updated using our simple electronic system.
- Provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate care that promotes each client's comfort and dignity.
Requirements
- Experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care settings.
- Strong communication skills and a heart for service.
- Ability to safely handle physical tasks, including lifting and transferring clients.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care.
