Looking for a nursing position that works with your schedule?

Southern Health Partners is launching a new correctional healthcare program in Cook County, Georgia , and we're looking for a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team.

This is a great opportunity for an LPN who wants a predictable every-other-weekend schedule while continuing to provide meaningful patient care.

You'll work as part of a dedicated healthcare team, providing quality nursing care in a structured and secure correctional healthcare environment.

🌟 What You'll Do

- Provide direct nursing care to patients

- Administer medications and treatments as ordered

- Complete patient assessments and monitor changes in condition

- Respond to urgent and emergent healthcare needs

- Communicate with medical providers and the healthcare team regarding patient care

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

- Promote continuity of care throughout the facility

- Follow established clinical policies, procedures, and standards

- Provide professional and compassionate care in a safe and secure environment

Qualifications

🎯 What You'll Bring

- Current, unrestricted Georgia LPN license

- Strong clinical and assessment skills

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

- Dependability and sound clinical judgment

- Commitment to providing quality, patient-focused care

- Correctional healthcare experience is welcome, but not required
