- Help launch and operationalize new initiatives, stepping in wherever needed to get them from 0 → 1

Operate Across the Business

- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, and other teams to move critical initiatives forward

We’ll be excited if you have

- Approximately 2-3 years of high-impact professional experience, ideally across management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, technology, startups, strategy, business operations, or another highly analytical environment.

- Strong academic background from a top Indian university. Examples may include I ITs, IIMs, ISB, BITS Pilani, Delhi University, NITs, or other highly selective institutions.

- Exceptional creative, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills

- Strong business judgment with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar industries, markets, and problems

- Comfortable working with data, financial models, business cases, and performance metrics

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple fast-moving priorities without losing attention to detail

- AI-native and technology-savvy, with curiosity around how emerging technology can transform the way businesses operate and grow

- Experience working in or closely with high-growth startups strongly preferred

- Bias toward action—you would rather build a first version, test it, learn, and improve than spend excessive time pursuing perfection

- Low ego and comfortable doing whatever is necessary to get an important initiative across the finish line

- Ability to work U.S. business hours
