Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in Thailand through direct sales and channel partner development.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across targeted industries and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including End Users, EPCs, OEMs, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage and grow channel partners through joint business planning, pipeline development, training, and sales support.
- Lead customer engagements, conduct regular account visits, and influence project specifications and opportunities.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, tenders, contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to secure business.
- Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, training, and after-sales support to customers and partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, market intelligence, and management reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance market presence.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Project Engineering, Sales Support, and Order Fulfilment teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, business development, or channel management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business opportunities.
- Experience managing channel partners and key accounts.
- Strong understanding of EPC, OEM, and end-user sales processes.
- Technical sales experience in pumps, process equipment, or industrial solutions preferred.
- Strong network of customers in the key industries (e.g. Waste Water, Petrochemical, O&G)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Willingness to travel across Thailand.
