## About the Role
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities, ensure smooth manufacturing operations, and achieve production targets while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
## Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets .
- Manage manpower, shift planning, and work allocation.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality, safety, and productivity .
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, Stores, Planning, and Production teams .
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, 5S, and safety standards .
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate for breakdowns and maintenance.
- Maintain production records, batch documentation, and shift reports.
- Identify process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Minimize rejection, wastage, downtime, and production losses .
- Train and guide operators and production staff.
Preferred Background
- 3–6 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, pharma, or chemical manufacturing .
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or related field .
- Experience in handling 30+ manpower will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, SOPs, GMP, and safety practices.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
