About this role
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/IPQA professional to oversee quality activities across the manufacturing and packing areas. The role will be responsible for monitoring in-process activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and documentation requirements, investigating deviations and complaints, and coordinating with QC and QMS teams to maintain effective quality systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor packing activities carried out in ancillary areas and ensure compliance with defined quality procedures.
- Carry out and maintain online documentation and quality records.
- Verify incoming AIM and APM materials against purchase orders and relevant specifications.
- Ensure proper cleaning and line clearance of areas before commencement of new product activities.
- Monitor ongoing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification.
- Verify proper labelling and identification of materials, products, and related documentation.
- Identify and suggest preventive measures to minimize customer complaints and quality issues.
- Handle and investigate internal and external complaints in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Investigate deviations and support identification of root causes and appropriate corrective/preventive actions.
- Evaluate the requirement for change controls related to processes, facilities, equipment, documents, and other quality-related areas.
- Participate in internal audits and support audit-related activities as per the defined schedule.
- Monitor environmental conditions in relevant manufacturing and packing areas.
- Monitor IPQA activities and ensure adherence to established quality procedures and standards.
- Coordinate with QMS and QC teams to ensure smooth and effective functioning of quality operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable SOPs, GMP requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.
Education & Experience:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Experience in QA/IPQA, manufacturing, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or a similar regulated industry will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant educational background and good understanding of quality concepts may also be considered.
