The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Define and create country - specific marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement demand and lead-generation marketing & rollout plans for the Uzbek Market.
- Launch marketing campaigns as well as evaluate success and deliverables based on KPIs.
- Assist the Marketing and the Business Development functions to carry out market research during the country penetration stage, in respect to the country’s ethics, culture, customs, etc.
- Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.
- Assist in the ongoing marketing activities as well as support the marketing team and other regional teams as necessary.
- Manage the regional marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects.
- Stay on top of current trends and best practices.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Business Development Manager.
Main requirements:
- Degree in a marketing, advertising, communications or a business-related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Native Uzbek and Russian speaker and very good knowledge of English.
- Solid experience with managing teams.
- Excellent knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics features.
- Strong digital marketing skills.
- Strong project management skills will be considered an advantage.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and ability to multitask.
- Dynamic and target oriented.
