We are looking for an experienced Head of Compliance to lead the compliance function of a growing international iGaming business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve the company’s compliance framework, policies and governance
- Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, Responsible Gambling, data protection and regulatory requirements
- Manage regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions, including UK, Spain, Sweden and Portugal
- Oversee licence applications, audits, inspections and regulatory reporting
- Act as a key point of contact with regulators and external legal partners
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and implement improvements
- Oversee marketing and customer-related compliance, including Safer Gambling and AML decisions
- Lead, mentor and develop the compliance team
- Work closely with operational, technical and senior management teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of iGaming compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of MGA, UKGC, SGA, DGA and other regulated markets
- Strong understanding of AML, KYC and Responsible Gambling
- Proven experience dealing directly with regulators, audits and licensing
- Previous team leadership/management experience
- Degree in Law, Finance, Business or related field ; legal background preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced regulated environment
