- Fulltime Schedule -

Thurs to Sat from 1100 -2000 hours

- Sunday & Monday from 1100-1900 hours.

Responsibilities for Luxury Retail Security Guard

- Represent a luxury retail brand in a premium, high-end environment.

- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong and professional security presence.

- Welcome, assist, and engage with customers confidently and courteously.

- Maintain a polished, approachable appearance while wearing a black suit.

- Support loss prevention through proactive observation and vigilance.

- Interact professionally with high-end clientele and create a safe, welcoming atmosphere.

- Remain attentive and on your feet for 8+ hour shifts.

- Thrive in a slower-paced, customer-focused environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism .

- Demonstrate confidence, excellent communication skills, and sound judgment in every interaction.

- Apply previous security or loss prevention experience to ensure a secure and positive customer experience.

Qualifications for Luxury Retail Security Guard

- Be legally authorized to work in Canada.

- Hold a valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.

- Valid WSIB-approved First Aid & CPR certification.

- 2–3 years of security or loss prevention experience preferred.

- Professional, well-groomed appearance with the ability to wear a black suit (mandatory for this assignment).

- Excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills.

- Reliable, observant, and committed to maintaining a professional security presence.
