Job Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager of Continuous Transformation is responsible for executing and scaling enterprise transformation initiatives to ensure they are understood, adopted, and sustained across the organization.

This role operationalizes the transformation strategy defined by the Director by:

-Translating strategy into execution at the functional and team level

-Driving adoption and reinforcement in day-to-day operations

-Embedding continuous improvement into how teams actually work

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on turning transformation from concept into consistent behavior across the business.

What You’ll Do

Execute and Embed Change

Execute change and adoption plans across functions, groups, and divisions 
Translate enterprise initiatives into clear, role-based expectations and actions
Ensure transformation is embedded into daily workflows, not treated as a one-time rollout 
Identify where adoption is breaking down and intervene to course-correct 
Focus: Make change real at the working level

Drive Continuous Transformation in Operations

Operationalize the continuous transformation model defined by the Director 
Embed CI practices into team routines, workflows, and local governance 
Identify operational friction and drive targeted improvement efforts 
Support standardization while adapting to local business realities 
Focus: Close the gap between strategy and execution

Support Relevance and Adoption

Tailor messaging and enablement for different roles, functions, and levels 
Ensure transformation is grounded in real business context and frontline reality
Monitor change saturation and help sequence initiatives effectively 
Actively reduce resistance and change fatigue through practical adjustments 
Focus: Drive adoption, not just awareness

Deliver and Reinforce Communications

Execute communication plans aligned to enterprise transformation priorities 
Translate strategic messaging into clear, actionable communication for teams
Reinforce key messages through consistent, ongoing touchpoints 
Ensure communications are simple, timely, and tied to real work 
Focus: Turn messaging into action

Partner Across the Business

Work closely with: 
Business Transformation 
Process 
Data 
IT and Functional Leaders 
Act as a connector between strategy and execution teams
Support leaders in reinforcing change within their teams 
Surface adoption risks and execution challenges to the Director 
Focus: Enable alignment and execution across teams

Track Adoption and Drive Improvement

Monitor adoption, engagement, and behavior-based metrics 
Gather feedback from teams and stakeholders 
Identify patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities 
Continuously refine execution approach based on what’s working 
Focus: Measure what’s actually changing

What Success Looks Like

Transformation initiatives are consistently adopted at the team level
Employees understand what’s changing and what it means for their work 
Adoption gaps are quickly identified and addressed 
Continuous improvement becomes part of team routines 
Feedback loops are active and driving measurable improvements

What We’re Looking For

Experience

7–10 years in transformation, continuous improvement, change management, or operational roles 
Experience supporting or executing large-scale transformation initiatives 
Practical application of CI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.) 
Experience working across functions in a matrixed environment

Capabilities

Strong executor who can translate strategy into action
Excellent communicator who can simplify and localize messaging 
Ability to influence without authority across teams 
Strong problem solver with a bias toward action 
Comfortable working across process, data, and business domains
