QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years in a table games supervisory role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and table games operating systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong understanding of table games operations and protection.
- Able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Must be 21+ and able to obtain/maintain required gaming licenses and certifications (TIPS/CARE, First Aid/AED).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Provide friendly, fast, and helpful guest service to all guests and team members.
- Supervise team members and manage overall operations of a designated table games shift.
- Support operational goals and monitor performance, profit objectives, and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with departmental scheduling and staffing needs in coordination with the Shift Manager.
- Support the budget process and report concerns to management as needed.
- Promote and ensure excellent guest service in line with company standards.
- Collaborate with the Shift Manager to oversee guest service, comps, game layout, revenue growth, and expense control.
- Share responsibility for team engagement, coaching, and addressing concerns.
- Ensure accountability of gaming equipment, chips, cards, and dice.
- Assist with table inventories, table limits, and documentation.
- Maintain game integrity and security throughout the shift.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality in all departmental matters.
