As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk , you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business. We are looking for an energetic, people-focused Clerk who will help us redefine the car-buying experience.

In this role, you will act as the principal person in charge of the receipting of inventory as it is received from dealerships, and or, outside vendors.
Pay rate: $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities

- Receipt and stock in all parts orders; maintain warranty claims in accordance with dealership guidelines

- Inspect shipments and receipt for quantity and damage if applicable

- Maintain physical inventory by keeping stock in correct locations, sealable condition and free of safety hazards

- Maintain all parts shelves are stocked using the space available in an efficient manner

- Notify the parts manager of any parts that are received damaged or missing and alert the appropriate service manager when the special order parts that were ordered have been received

- Maintain a special order file and ensures that all customers are notified of the receipt of their parts

Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED preferred

- Dealership experience a plus

- Previous experience in automotive parts a plus

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Highly professional and dependable

- Proficient computer and internet skills

- Valid drivers license and clean driving record

- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
