About this role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Support / Customer Service Representative to assist with managing customer accounts and placing product orders. This position is not a call center role and does not involve cold calling. We are looking for someone comfortable communicating directly with customers and providing excellent service.
Job Location:
- Farmers Branch, TX
Work Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Rate of pay:
- $18-$24 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and process product orders
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs
- Provide product recommendations and suggest similar items when appropriate
- Assist customers with order inquiries and product information
- Support inside sales activities and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Job Requirements:
- Previous customer service or account management experience
- Comfortable communicating with customers without scripts
- Ability to understand products and recommend solutions to customers
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with order entry or inside sales is a plus
Training and resources will be provided during the first week to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
