Sales & Marketing:
- Drive membership sales through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct tours of the club to potential members, showcasing our facilities and programs.
- Utilize sales techniques to convert prospects into members.
- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to generate leads.
Customer Service:
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and member interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Assist in organizing community events and member engagement activities.
