Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Drive innovation by developing next-generation automotive power MOSFET technologies , with a strong focus on process integration
- Define and request unit process steps and ensure their integration into the overall process flow
- Establish and maintain the Process of Record (POR) to ensure world-class manufacturing in our Fabs in Villach and Dresden
- Ensure robust production by planning and running experiments using DOE methodologies
- Perform statistical analyses and translate results into clear, actionable conclusions
- Lead root-cause investigations and drive resolution of critical technology, yield, reliability, and stability issues
- Mentor and develop engineers across the organization, acting as a technical coach and role model

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- A university degree in
Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering  or
comparable
- 5+ years of working experience  in the
semiconductor industry
- Sound knowledge in
semiconductor process technology and materials , semiconductor physics and
MOSFET electrical behavior is required
- Deep understanding of  semiconductor device physics
- Experience
in  DOE and statistical analysis
- A structured  approach and demonstrated track of problem-solving
- Fluent
English;  German
(or motivation to learn) is an advantage

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based
on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in
accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the
electrical and electronics industry, employment group H

salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your
expertise and skills.
