About Udhyam:
Udhyam Learning Foundation (Udhyam) is on a mission towards Making Bharat Entrepreneurial. We believe that entrepreneurship is a powerful way to channelize an individual’s potential. Entrepreneurship enables agency and allows an individual to work on their strengths while creating value for the world.
Our programs:
- Udhyam Shiksha works on developing entrepreneurial mindsets among the youth and enabling them to achieve their potential, having impacted ~40,00,000 learners across 12 Indian states.
- Udhyam Vyapaar focuses on nano businesses in India, and solving large problems faced by them, at scale; having already enabled income uplift for 10,000+ entrepreneurs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support program implementation in project districts in Maharashtra, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Conduct regular school visits with field staff within districts to observe and support program activities.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with district-level stakeholders such as Samagra Shiksha, State education department officials, and school heads.
- Document program progress via reports, case stories, and other impact documentation.
- Help 4-5 field executives in day-to-day planning and implementation of the district and state-level student expos and other program events.
Skills, Experience, and Mindsets:
- Based in or willing to relocate to Pune and Amravati, Maharashtra.
- 3-5 years of experience working with government stakeholders, preferably in the education sector.
- Hands-on with operations, willing to pilot and experiment with different strategies, interact regularly with students and various stakeholders across the state, and make things happen with low budgets.
- Excellent communication in Marathi and sound understanding in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams.
- Ownership, Grit & Bias for action.
