About this role
To support Retail technology projects and applications under Singapore Group Technology across the full delivery and support lifecycle. The role covers solution assessment and input prior to project approval, project delivery execution, implementation support, and ongoing BAU production support after go-live. The incumbent will work closely with business users, internal technology teams, regional teams and vendors to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions, support stable production operations, resolve application issues, and ensure implemented solutions remain operationally sustainable.
