What We Expect From You

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in product design or a hybrid product design/product management role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people-management capacity.

- Demonstrated experience owning a product roadmap end-to-end prioritization, spec writing, success metrics, and post-launch measurement, not only visual/UX design execution.

- Proven track record designing scalable payment systems, e-wallets, or financial services platforms.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, UI execution, and measurable impact on business or product metrics.

- Deep understanding of the Philippine digital payment landscape and regulatory framework.

- Experience working in agile product development environments, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.

- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) and familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar).

- Background in payments or fintech, and experience designing for mass-market, mobile-first audiences in emerging markets.

- A track record of proactively identifying and championing product improvements or new features, ideally backed by concrete examples.

- Personal, regular use of the Coins app (or similar e-wallet/fintech apps) preferred — we want someone who thinks like a power user.

- High attention to detail, strong written communication (for specs/PRDs), and a collaborative, low-ego approach to working with cross-functional partners.

- Ability to coordinate with international partners and stakeholders across time zones.
