Experience

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in integrating Oracle Cloud and third-party applications, developing REST/SOAP services, and implementing end-to-end integration workflows. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Create and maintain REST and SOAP-based integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and third-party systems.

- Develop and configure scheduled, file-based, and event-driven integrations.

- Perform data transformation, mapping, validation, and error handling.

- Monitor integration instances and troubleshoot production issues.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather integration requirements.

- Prepare technical design documents and support deployment activities.

- Ensure adherence to development standards, security best practices, and governance guidelines.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support activities.

- Contribute to continuous improvements in integration architecture and processes.

Ideal Candidate

- 2 to 4 years of relevant Oracle Integration Cloud development experience.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

- Quick learner with a proactive attitude towards adopting new Oracle Cloud technologies.

- Experience working in Agile project environments.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

Mandatory Skills

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- Strong understanding of OIC integration patterns and architecture

- Hands-on experience in developing App-Driven, Scheduled, File-Based, and Event-Based integrations

- Experience with REST and SOAP web services

- Knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, SCM Cloud, or EBS integrations

- Experience in data mapping, transformation, routing, and orchestration

- Understanding of integration security concepts, certificates, and authentication mechanisms

- SQL and database fundamentals

- Experience with FTP/SFTP, XML, JSON, XSD, and WSDL

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS)

- Knowledge of Oracle Process Automation (OPA)

- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

- Familiarity with Integration Monitoring and Error Handling Frameworks

- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD deployment methodologies

- Knowledge of Java, Groovy scripting, or Oracle SOA Suite

Preferred Certifications

- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate

- Oracle Integration Cloud Certified Professional

Good to Have

- Exposure to Oracle Autonomous Database

- Experience in migration from Oracle SOA Suite to OIC

- Knowledge of Oracle ATP/ADB databases

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology

- Experience working with ticketing tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow

- Understanding of middleware and enterprise integration patterns
