About this role

- Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules and work programs.
- Track project progress and analyze schedule performance against approved baselines.
- Identify delays, risks, critical activities, and long-lead items, and recommend corrective actions.
- Determine and monitor the project critical path and milestone achievements.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and forecasting reports.
- Monitor resource allocation, productivity, and project performance.
- Review and assess contractors’ and subcontractors’ schedules.
- Evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) claims and time-related variations.
- Support project planning, cost control, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, contractual obligations, and project objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related engineering discipline.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in project planning, scheduling, and project controls, preferably within the construction/ infrastructure sectors.
- Mandatory GCC experience with demonstrated experience working on projects in Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, or Bahrain.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- UPDA registration is mandatory.
