Goodson Acura is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Counterperson to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking parts and accessories, providing exceptional service and ensuring efficient parts handling and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in locating and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage parts stock levels.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with service technicians and suppliers to fulfill parts requests.
- Provide expert knowledge and advice on parts compatibility and function.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts counter and storage area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with parts ordering software.
