We are currently looking for Member Services Agents to join our ResortCom family!

Position Summary

This position reports to the Cash Department supervisor and is responsible for posting payments into members accounts and conducting research related to payments and account histories.

Essential Functions

- Posting check, credit card, and bank wire payments

- Completing request received from Clients and internally though CRM in a timely manner

- Balancing check deposits

- Reconciling members Loan and Maintenance Fee accounts

- Managing email requests

- Using reporting tools to complete various tasks and processes within the department

- Downloading bank account histories to post and balance payments

- Assisting the accounting team with research requests

- All other duties and projects as assigned by management

Work Environment

The work for this position is conducted in an office environment. The noise level in this environment is usually moderate. Evenings and weekend work may be required based upon the workload.

Required Education and Experience

- High school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)

- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills

- Ability to work under pressure

- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Preferred Education and Experience

- Bilingual (English – Spanish)

- Bank teller experience
