Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization, serving as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building strong candidate relationships. This role often provides candidates with their first impression of the organization and plays a key part in creating a smooth, professional, and positive hiring experience. Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring managers, including arranging travel for visiting candidates when needed.
- Maintain and update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems, ensuring accurate data entry and timely confirmation of new hires.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email, delivering clear and professional communication throughout the process.
- Track recruiting activities and compile candidate status information into a weekly report to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare and distribute debrief materials to interviewers and hiring teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and enhance scheduling efficiency, suggesting and supporting process improvements.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities as needed, supporting the broader talent acquisition team.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and administrative coordination.
- Ability to manage scheduling and logistics for multiple stakeholders.

Work Environment

You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, primarily using standard office productivity tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with recruiting and applicant tracking systems. The environment involves frequent scheduling, coordination, and communication, with shifting priorities and deadlines that require flexibility and strong organizational skills. Work is typically performed in a professional office setting or equivalent, with regular use of email, phone, and virtual meeting tools to support interviews and debrief sessions.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
