You will lead transformation programmes, build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, and contribute to the strategic growth of our business in the region.

Your Impact at dss+

You will play a key leadership role in growing our business and delivering transformational outcomes for clients. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead complex programmes, develop strategic client relationships, and identify new growth opportunities across the Iberian market.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead large-scale safety, operational transformation and performance improvement programmes
- Develop and expand strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Identify, shape, and convert business development opportunities across Spain and Portugal
- Manage and grow key client accounts within target industries
- Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams to deliver measurable client impact
- Coach, mentor, and develop consultants and managers across project teams
- Support proposal development, commercial negotiations, and solution design
- Contribute to thought leadership and the continued evolution of dss+ operational excellence offerings
- Support regional leadership in executing growth strategies and market expansion plans

Requirements

Who You Are

You are a commercially minded consulting leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivery. You thrive in complex environments, enjoy solving operational challenges, and are passionate about helping clients achieve sustainable business outcomes.

Experience

- Significant experience in management consulting with a strong focus on operations consulting, operational excellence, or business transformation
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programmes across multiple industries
- Experience delivering measurable improvements in productivity, operational performance, cost optimisation, or organisational effectiveness
- Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and building long-term client relationships
- Experience working with mining, metals, oil and gas, chemicals, industrial, manufacturing, energy or other asset-intensive organisations

- Strong commercial acumen and business development capability
- Ability to build credibility and influence at the C-suite and executive level
- Proven team leadership and people development experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities

Education & Languages

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Economics, or a related discipline
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required
- Portuguese language skills would be advantageous
