Mountain Park HOA is seeking a dependable, motivated Landscape Steward to help maintain the outdoor spaces that make our community such a special place to live and work.

You will work in a wide variety of environments while helping keep these areas attractive, healthy, safe, and welcoming.

If you enjoy working outdoors, operating landscape equipment, solving practical problems, and seeing the results of your work throughout the community, this could be a great fit.

What You Will Do

As part of the Landscape Stewardship team, you will perform a variety of hands-on landscape maintenance tasks, including:

- Weed, grub, mulch, and maintain shrubs, trees, landscape beds, roadside areas, and other community spaces.

- Mow, trim, blow, and complete routine seasonal landscape maintenance.

- Prune shrubs and trees to support healthy growth, appearance, and structure.

- Plant and transplant trees, shrubs, and other plant materials.

- Maintain, repair, and install irrigation systems, including programming irrigation controllers.

- Apply fertilizers and approved landscape control products in accordance with safety procedures.

- Perform leaf cleanup, storm response, and other seasonal or inclement-weather work.

- Operate and perform light maintenance on trucks, trailers, mowers, string trimmers, power shears, chainsaws, wood chippers, tractors, and other landscape equipment.

- Use GIS, irrigation, and workflow software to document work and support daily operations.

- Assist with occasional erosion-control, stormwater, stream, or outdoor construction projects as needed.

- Work safely near roads, equipment, vehicles, and members of the public.

This is a regular, full-time position scheduled for 36 - 40 hours per week. All full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

- Medical, dental, and vision insurance at minimal cost for employee-only coverage.
