The Role

As a Banquet Manager, you will lead the execution of weddings, corporate meetings, social events, galas, and special occasions while ensuring every detail exceeds guest expectations. You will oversee banquet operations, coordinate with multiple departments, and drive service excellence to create memorable experiences that reflect our commitment to outstanding hospitality.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead all banquet operations, ensuring seamless setup, service, and breakdown of events according to banquet event orders (BEOs)
Supervise, coach, and develop banquet team members to deliver exceptional guest service and operational excellence
Partner closely with Culinary, Sales, Conference Services, and AV teams to ensure successful event execution
Monitor event timelines, room presentation, service standards, and guest satisfaction throughout each function
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, labor costs, and team productivity to support business needs
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards at all times
Oversee banquet equipment, inventory, and supplies to maintain operational readiness
Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly, turning challenges into positive guest experiences
Support revenue goals by maximizing service quality and operational efficiency
Maintain a visible leadership presence during events and serve as the primary point of contact for banquet operations
