Pay Rate: $25.00 – $27.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No nights or weekends!)

Position Summary As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work directly under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver personalized treatment plans, help patients regain mobility, manage pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Key Responsibilities
Implement treatment plans designed by the Supervising Physical Therapist.
Guide patients through targeted therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and physical modalities.
Monitor, document, and report patient progress accurately and promptly.
Educate patients and their family members on home exercise programs and care techniques.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for patient rehabilitation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License in the State of Michigan (Required).
Strong interpersonal communication and patient-focused bedside manner.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
High attention to detail and accurate medical documentation skills.
