POSITION SUMMARY:
Operate the owned and rented heavy equipment.
Maintain the owned and rented heavy equipment and company vehicles.
Make repairs on drives, sidewalks, buildings and roofs on campus.
Assist other shops in facilitating repairs, filling in where necessary to make sure work is completed.
Act as contractor liaison to vendors on-site.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma
- Minimum four years experience in one or more of the building trades on a professional level
- Must have CDL driver's license
- Supervision experience preferred
- Carpentry
- Heavy lifting (75 lbs)
